We shall attend to your needs in the following areas, among others:
- On the basis of FIOS or Line–out / Free–out fixtures of vessels for bulk, break–bulk or general cargo we shall minimize port operational costs.
- Shall co-operate with all concerned parties for a smooth and faster berthing/sailing operations, while maintaining maximum possible gangs daily and shall find methods via which the discharging or loading will be the quickest.
- Shall give timely information on port condition / shipping position in Lagos, Okrika Crude Oil Terminal, Port-Harcourt, Warri and Calabar Ports; Giving details of length / draft restrictions; While regularly advising berthing / discharging or loading prospects.
- Daily report to your office of all details relating to your vessels, starting from arrival at roads till dropping outward pilot; including daily discharge / loading progress report, while guaranteeing you a very accurate tally of discharge or loading of cargo.
- Shall draw a SOF for your vessels, listing all facts in details, including accurate rain periods, strikes or lock – out, if any covering all events while at anchorage and alongside on 24hrs basis.
- Day and night security of vessels and her ropes.
- Crew welfare and safety matters, including airport passage immigration responsibilities for sign – on and sign – off crew.
- Agency for cruise / passenger ferry services along the west coast.
