MR MICHAEL AKOREDE OGUNDIMBOLA

Mr. M. A. Ogundimbola is the CEO / Chairman of Board of Directors. He is an accomplished Manager and Administrator. He is a 1991 graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master Degree holder in Transportation Planning at the Lagos State University OJO. He started his shipping career with Ayo Afolabi Ventures Ltd.

MRS MERCY OGUNDIMBOLA

Mrs. M. Ogundimbola is a graduate of Maritime Transports & Business Studies from the Maritime Academy Oron. She holds a PGD in Maritime Transport and she have acquired professional career in shipping. She worked briefly with Triana Limited in the shipping department and later proceeded to business. Presently, she is the Principal Consultant with Ocee Nigeria Ltd. (a maritime consultancy firm)

MR. EMMANUEL ADEGOKE OGUNDIMBOLA

Mr. Adegoke Ogundimbola is a 1994 graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, formerly University of Ife. He worked with Cadbury Nigerian Plc as the shift Electrical Engineer. Presently, he is the Drilling Service Engineer with Schlumberger, Anadrill, Malongo Bax, Cabinda, Angola. He has undergone various courses, seminars in U.S.A, JAPAN, PARI and many other countries.

CHIEF FATAI O. LAWAL

Chief (Alhaji) Fatai O. Lawal is an accomplished professional Manager. He is a graduate of Regents Street Polytechnic, London, where he obtained his final certificate in Cost and Management in 1967. In 1968, he had his Bachelor of Law from the University of London. He started his working career with Nigeria Internal Telecommunication Ltd. as Clerical Officer in 1969. He worked briefly with Port Office Saving Bank London as Account Officer
