Seapoint Marine & Allied Services Limited was incorporated as a limited Liability Company under the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 6th of February, 2001. The company has its Head Office at 31G Commercial Road, Apapa, Lagos. It also maintains a country wide network of branches located at Warri, Port Harcourt and Calabar.

The company is an International Freight Forwarder and operates with several international potential partners in region, with experienced professional, economic and agency network globally.

Seapoint Marine Allied Services Limited is a member of several network of shipping national and international associations like:

Seapoint Marine and Allied Services Limited manages warehouses on behalf of various commercial and merchant banks. The scheme is known as Tripartite Warehousing Management Agreement. In order words, we take over the control of customer’s own warehouse on behalf of banks and release import / export base on bank’s instructions
